Backup and Restore Feature#44

How about adding a backup and restore feature to the app?

Data backup is so important .
The wallet entries are delete when we logout or uninstall the app.
We need this feature

Definitely! Especially when you’re a small business owner and use the app to save copies of receipts!

Hi Everyone, our system is automatically backed up on the cloud. So if the app is deleted or uninstalled the entries will still remain when you reinstall and login to your account. If this isnt the feature you are requesting would you be able to specify the feature you are looking for? If the feature request has been answered/resolved and there is no further comments by the Thursday 22nd of October AEST we will be closing this request ticket.

That’s great! But I was looking for a way to download the images I’ve captured after I reinstall the app & login into the app. Since our account is automatically stored on the cloud, how/where can we go to retrieve the images?

Hi @Simplesolutionsrepairs we dont have this feature available yet, but if you put through a request on a separate ticket or upvote a ticket that is similar our team will review this request and implement depending on the number of users requesting this feature.
