PC web version of the expense app.#449

I love how seamlessly the bookipi invoice app can be used on PC & on my phone but this isn’t available for the expense app yet.

Please make the expense app available through PC browser!

Definately need this doing! I had just gone to suggest the same but seen that people already have done the same
